About the Course

In this course, employers and employees will learn about autism spectrum disorder, neurodiversity, and the advantages of creating a neurodiverse workplace. You will learn best practices to adapt and adjust the workplace through alternative hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies that not only support neurodivergent team members but will also benefit your entire workforce.

By providing a greater understanding of neurodiversity, this course will enable you to confidently support neurodiverse coworkers in an inclusive workplace.
