Your Privacy Rights

SONDERLY recognizes the importance of privacy and the sensitivity of personal information. We take seriously our obligation to keep your personal information confidential and we protect it with physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. In order to comply with applicable privacy legislation and to instil confidence in individuals, such as users of our services and others that that engage with us, that the personal information they entrust to us is safe, we have developed this Privacy Policy.

SONDERLY identifies the purposes of collecting particular personal information before or when the information is collected. Identifying the purposes of collecting personal information allows SONDERLY to determine the information that it needs to collect. SONDERLY only collects information necessary for an identified purpose.

We may from time to time also ask you to give your written consent to the use and disclosure of specific personal information. In determining how we obtain your consent, we will take into account the sensitivity of your personal information that we are collecting, using and/or disclosing. If You Do Not Consent

While no specific personal information is retained with respect to any visitor to this website, we may monitor traffic patterns, site usage and related site information to optimise our web service. In the continuing development of this website we may provide aggregated information to third parties, but these statistics do not contain any identifiable personal information. Personal information will not be posted on any of our digital channels.
